For years, I believed success meant carrying more.
More responsibility. More expectations. More pressure. More people depending on me.
From the outside, life looked full. I had the privilege of leading teams, building programs that impacted thousands of people, and doing meaningful work that I genuinely loved.
But behind the accomplishments was a quieter reality.
Even when I walked through my front door, my mind often stayed at work.
My husband deserved more than the leftovers of my energy. My family deserved more than what was left after everyone else had a piece of me. And somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t just carrying my work—I was carrying the weight of everything.
Then, in the ordinary moments of life, God began teaching me something I had overlooked.
His invitation was never to become perfect.
It wasn’t to have everything under control.
It wasn’t even to achieve the elusive idea of “balance.”
His invitation was simply to come to Him.
Again.
And again.
And again.
Little by little, He showed me that peace isn’t something we achieve. It’s something we receive. That His presence can meet us in the everyday moments—in the drive home, around the dinner table, during difficult conversations, in seasons of grief, in unexpected joy, and even in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday.
That realization changed the way I live.
Today, Richly Loved Life is the overflow of that journey.
It’s a place for anyone carrying the invisible weight of everyday life—the leader trying to serve well, the parent trying to be present, the caregiver holding it all together, the person navigating loss, the dreamer wondering what’s next, or anyone simply longing to breathe again.
Here, you’ll find gentle encouragement, practical rhythms, honest stories, and biblical hope that remind us of one life-changing truth:
You don’t have to carry life alone.
One of the deepest convictions God has placed on my heart is that strength and kindness were never meant to compete.
In a world that often celebrates striving, comparison, and self-promotion, I believe we can lead with humility, love with intention, encourage generously, and still make a meaningful impact. Some of the strongest people I’ve ever known are the ones who quietly build others up.
That’s the kind of life I want to live.
Whether I’m serving in my professional career, spending time with my family, or sharing words of encouragement, my prayer is always the same:
That every person who crosses my path leaves knowing they matter.
More than anything, I hope Richly Loved Life feels like a place where you can exhale.
A place where you’re reminded that your worth isn’t measured by what you accomplish, your title, your failures, or how much you carry.
Your worth has already been settled by the God who created you and loves you completely.
I’m so grateful you’re here.
Welcome to Richly Loved Life.
There’s a place for you here.
You are Richly Loved.

I used to think the hardest part of my day was leading at work.
It wasn’t.
The hardest part was coming home.
My husband, a contractor and business owner, would be excited to tell me about his day, but my mind was still replaying meetings, solving tomorrow’s problems, and carrying the weight of responsibilities that hadn’t ended when I walked through the door.
Even my sweet Pomeranian, Enzo, would tap his tiny paws against my calf, asking for nothing more than a quick trip outside and a few belly rubs. Instead of being fully with him, I was mentally somewhere else—answering one more email, shifting between conversations in my head, or convincing myself I just needed five more minutes.
I was home.
But I wasn’t present.
It wasn’t because I loved my work more than the people waiting for me. It was because I never learned how to transition from carrying the responsibilities of the day to embracing the moments that mattered most.
Everything began to change when I discovered a simple practice that helped me intentionally release the weight of work, receive God’s peace, and reconnect with the people I love.
That small shift didn’t make my responsibilities disappear.
It changed the way I carried them.
Today, Richly Loved Life exists because I know I’m not the only one who has stood in their own kitchen while their mind was still somewhere else.
If you’ve ever ended the workday physically home but emotionally unavailable, I want you to know there’s another way.
You don’t have to carry life alone.
You are Richly Loved.
A world where God’s peace is found not after life & chaos slow down, but in the middle of it.

Helping people carrying the invisible weight of everyday responsibilities experience God’s peace so they can be fully present for the people they love.
We believe…
You don’t have to have it all together.
Grace is greater than guilt.
Rest is holy.
Ordinary moments matter.
God is near.
You are never alone.
And no matter what today looked like…
You are richly loved.
